There’s Amazing Architecture All Over The World Made Entirely Out Of Human Bones

Creepy places exist all over the world. If you seek them out (and are into that kind of thing), you’ll certainly find yourself a variety of terrifying locations, including a number of ossuaries. These locations function as final resting places for human skeletal remains.

It’s not quite that simple, though. Ossuaries aren’t just graves; they are huge structures mostly made from human bones with ornate designs and patterns that are both beautiful and morbid. These structures are designed and made using hundreds (if not thousands) of human bones.

Ossuaries come in different shapes and sizes, and are scattered throughout the world. They are considered to be a good way to honor the dead, but they seem more like a good way to frighten the living with spooky skeletons.

I don’t know about you, but I’m going stay as far away from these places as I can. Yes, they’re beautiful, but skeletons? I personally don’t handle human skeletons very well.
