Lacey Butler‘s mom lost her wedding ring 15 years ago. Her mom searched her house for months to try and find it, but came to the conclusion that it was either stolen or lost on a job site.
That was until recently, when Lacey’s father stumbled upon the ring in a small wooden box. He knew reuniting his wife with the missing ring was going to be emotional enough, but he wanted to add a sweet twist to the surprise.
Watch as the loving husband gets down on one knee and proposes to his wife again after 38 years of marriage, completely taking her by surprise and shocking her.

I love how when she first looks at him, it seems as if she’s thinking, “What is this fool doing now?” and continues looking in the cabinet. It is then made clear that they’ve been happily married for a long time. Congratulations to the happy couple.
