It’s not every day that you get to witness sharks feed on a school of blue fish with the ferocity of, well, sharks feeding on bluefish. Sure, this type of thing happens all of the time, but how often does someone actually record it?
That’s what Brian Recker did during an October 9, 2014 trip to Cape Lookout National Seashore. The waterman was on the shore off the coast of North Carolina when the feeding occurred. These sharks aren’t a threat to swimmers. In fact, they’re actually a sign that the ecosystem of the waters you’re about to see are healthy and thriving.
I don’t know about you, but I’m going to look twice before the next time I jump into the ocean.
