It’s pretty hard to get into a tree house without a ladder. Your tree house could be the coolest thing in the world, but unless you can show it off, no one will ever believe you.
One man built an awesome tree house way up high, and wanted to make sure that anyone who wanted to get to it would be able to do so swiftly and safely. Using a special design, he created one of the coolest rope ladders I’ve ever seen. See how he did it below.
Every rope ladder requires – you guessed it – rope!

He then began customizing the lumber he would use to construct the ladder’s unique design.

He sanded the inside of the holes in the wood to make sure there weren’t any edges that could wear down the rope.

Once the lumber was ready, it was time to start assembling the ladder.

It may not look like much yet, but this is just the beginning of the four-sided design he used.

As the finishing touch, he installed a net around the ladder, for an added layer of safety.
