Even though it doesn’t seem possible, there are all kinds of transparent creatures in the world. Did you know there is even a type of praying mantis that’s transparent? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to see them walk? Or sleep? Or eat?

This video is equal parts fascinating and disgusting. The mantis scarfs down a blue bottle fly for dinner and not much is left to the imagination. You can see everything go down his throat in all its biological glory.
