Urban Decay Doesn’t Have To Be Ugly; This Artist Completely Transforms It

Myo is an artist based out of Saint Petersburg, Russia, who has an ingenious approach to patching up pieces of urban decay in the cities she visits. When you see a crack in a wall, Myo sees one too–but beyond that, she also sees the inspiration for another one of her amazing pieces.

As Myo puts it, “blots and holes are the creatures.” Not only do her works bring joy, they also shine a light on the otherwise ignored disrepair that too many cities seem to have fallen into of late.
