It’s amazing what people can make with simple, seemingly drab objects. With a little crafty know-how, things that seem normal or boring are turned into works of art. These are the kind of projects we really love to see, especially when the object is something we use every day and the result is awe-inspiring.
Such is the case with this incredible table made beautiful by a real artist. This project definitely isn’t for the average DIY-er, but it turned out pretty incredible and certainly puts the creativity of its designer on display .

First, she used some glue to connect the leaves of the table to make it one continuous piece.

Then came the first steps of creating the mosaic. She drew designs as they came to her, adding the shards of colored glass to create intricate patterns.

Pretty awesome. The range of colors and patterns in the mosaic are incredible. But she wasn’t finished yet.

Next, she used a dark grout to highlight the colored glass and keep them in place.

This isn’t the prettiest stage of the process, but it would go a long way in making the colors pop.
