I’ve never been a fan of ice fishing. Sure, you get to sit around all day drinking beers with your friends and family. In the end, you’re just sitting for hours, watching a hole in the ice while you slowly freeze to death. That’s why Nils Bremer from Sweden decided to see if he could improve on ice fishing by mixing in a bit of explosives.
Watch as Nils breaks a hole in a frozen Swedish lake with a broom handle, only to then light a rocket and stick it in the hole to see what happens. Spoiler: things get explosive.

That was way better than I expected. I need some of those fireworks for my next fishing trip. They should make it a real blast.
