Some rabbits have some pretty amazing talents: One particular rabbit delivers Easter eggs, other rabbits are pulled out of magician’s hats…but Wallace, a floppy-eared gray and white spotted rabbit, delivers beer with the help of a tiny cardboard push cart.
One Redditor loves coming up with cardboard toys and shelters for his fluffy friend. Recently, he decided to make a tiny push-cart for Wallace, just big enough to carry a bottle of beer. Though Wallace is more interested in the raisins attached to the cart than helping out his human pal, the finished product is epically adorable. Check out how he made it below, and watch the video of Wallace’s beer delivery skills after.
Here’s the finished beer cart. Let’s see how he made it.
He started by coming up with the design in a 3-D modeling program. He then cut the cardboard with a laser cutter. The design can be easily assembled with cardboard slots.
Here are the pieces after the design is cut.
He notes that although he used a laser cutter, the design can also be cut out with a box cutter.
While the cardboard is sturdy, he reinforced the cart with glue.
The push handle for the cart is a small wooden dowel.
The cardboard wheels were glued to copper pipes and placed into the holes on the bottom of the cart.
Using hot glue, he attached the other side of the wheel.
To incentivize Wallace (the rabbit) to push the cart, he put a metal rod skewered with raisins on the top.
Is it a practical DIY? Maybe not, but the result is definitely adorable.

The creator of the beer cart is modest about the project. “I couldn’t have done any of this if it wasn’t for Wallace,” he writes in the description of the YouTube video. “And he wouldn’t have done any of it if he was given a choice.” Well, I mean the raisins were definitely a high point for him!
