The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals did it again! They were able to bring a speckled gray mare in Kent, England to safety. The horse was stuck in water up to its head, and was moments away from drowning. The rescue team received word that it was in trouble. They quickly made their way to the water’s edge, and used a harness and crane to pull the horse to safety. Take a look at the thrilling rescue below!
Wow. Looks like they got there just in time.
That’s one cooperative horse.
Most horses wouldn’t have had the strength to stand after such a strenuous day, but most horses also wouldn’t have lasted that long in the cold water. Luckily, this one had enough fat reserves to keep it warm and full of energy.

Thanks to the RSPCA, the horse was able to make a full recovery. Way to go, guys!
