Two elderly cocker spaniels have such a strong bond after years of neglect, that they will only be adopted as a pair. What makes them so inseparable? Drummond, the younger of the two, acts as Denny’s eyes – a seeing eye dog for a dog. Denny can’t see anything on account of cataracts and years of untreated eye infections, and though Drummond’s eye sight isn’t at 100%, he can still see well enough to act as his pal’s eyes.
The level of neglect is absolutely inexcusable. The dogs’ skin and eyes were riddled with infection.

But, with medical care and a heavy dose of compassion, both dogs are healing and ready to be adopted – as a pair, of course.
