There is a rumor that Walt Disney had his body frozen so it could preserved for the future. As fitting as it would be for the history’s weirdest media tycoon to be frozen, Han Solo style, Walt is buried in Glendale, California.
But, but, but! Cryogenics are a real thing. There are celebrities that have made the expensive preparations to have their bodies frozen. The hope is that future medical science can revive them back to perfect health.
1.) Ted Williams (already frozen).
He also made his family sign a blood pact that they would be cryogenically frozen following their deaths. His son John Henry joined him in the frozen after-life in 2004.
2.) Britney Spears.
You thought her recent comeback was amazing, but wait for the one where she returns after being dead for decades.
4.) Larry King.
I mean, late night hosts of the future are gonna need a punchline to their “old guy” jokes.
5.) Simon Cowell.
It’s interesting because I think we all assumed his heart was frozen solid a long time ago.
6.) Seth MacFarlene.
I guarantee they will still be airing Family Guy reruns on TBS when he wakes up.
Quite the ragtag team of people, huh? I’m sure it will make a gripping reality television show in 2110, if we even still have TV in the hive-society cloud future.
