Scott Simms, manager at the Target in Westminster, Maryland, just earned a heap of Internet fame. Simms greeted his employees with a rousing Black Friday speech before his store opened at 6 AM to shoppers. Someone in the store captured video showing Simms standing on a checkout counter, giving his pep talk that could be right out of the movie 300. If there was anything that would ever make you want to quit your job and work at a Target store, this is it.

Rumor has it that Scott was later forced to retreat as a horde of shoppers overwhelmed his position at the cash register, now known as the “Battle of the TV Department.” All I know is that Scott will go down as a retail legend.
