Soccer Player Runs Into The Stands To Hug His Grandma After Scoring A Goal.

Some people forget about the important things in life when they become famous. But for Roma striker Alessandro Florenzi? He knows exactly who is important in life. He celebrated after scoring a goal by jumping a barrier and rushing into the stands to embrace his grandmother, who was crying tears of joy.

It was nana’s first time seeing her soccer star grandson play at the Stadio Olmpico in Rome, so it was a very magical moment for the pair. Not only did Florenzi score his team’s second goal, but he set up the first one in Roma’s 2-0 victory over Cagliari in the Italian league.

The team confirmed afterwards that Florenzi will be fined for breaking their strict code of conduct, which includes punishment for picking up avoidable bookings (the referee gave Florenzi a yellow card for this since the rules say a player must be cautioned if he climbs on to a perimeter fence to celebrate a goal being scored).

Roma coach Rudi Garcia later said it was a fine Florenzi was more than happy to pay.
