If you have a fear of heights, then you might want to stay clear of Chicago for a while. The Windy City’s latest attraction, a tilting 1000-foot viewing platform on the 94th floor of the John Hancock Tower, is not for the faint of heart.
The viewing tilting platform, known aptly as TILT, is located in Chicago’s John Hancock Tower.
Here visitors can get a real, heart stopping, look at Chicago below.
TILT can accommodate up to eight people at a time and costs $5 to experience.
Each spot comes with metal hand rails for you to hold while the box slowly tilts outward.
This is the view from the platform when it’s fully tilted. Yikes.
Talk about a terrifying way to experience a new city. Just wow.
This is what TILT looks like from outside.
If you’re not freaked out yet, then check out this video of TILT in action.

Ok I’ll admit it, I have a tiny fear of heights and this is pretty terrifying. Still though, it looks like a lot of fun for those who can stomach it.
