It was Grandma Boop’s dream to get into the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. She tried to fulfill this dream for 30 years. For her 83rd birthday, her children pulled some strings to help make her dream come true.
A Thanksgiving and Macy’s theme started to appear as the adorable grandmother opened up her birthday gifts. Her first gifts contained a Macy’s gift card, a turkey knit cap, and a photo book with hundreds of photos of past Thanksgiving Day parades. Her children finally surprised her with the real gift: a flight to New York to be in the parade.
