People often forget the destructive potential of fireworks. They’re essentially beautiful, colored explosives, so one needs to take a lot of precautions every time they’re used. Things go according to plan 9 times out of 10, but sometimes things get a little more interesting…

That is until the entire stockpile of fireworks at the show exploded all at once.

The explosion shook the ground and sent spectators fleeing. Here you can see a column of smoke rising up from the site of the explosion.

Of course whatever fireworks didn’t go up in the initial explosion eventually went off like crazy. This seriously looks like something out of a Michael Bay movie.

Luckily, no one was hurt in the explosion, but there were a few people taking videos of it.

These people got very lucky. That looks like a military-grade explosion. Something tells me that the town won’t have another fireworks display for a long time.
