7-year-old Elizabeth from New Jersey fell in love with an adorable puppy when she volunteered at a local pet rescue mission. As her volunteer service came to an end, she had to do the hardest thing and say goodbye to the puppy she became attached to. What Elizabeth didn’t know was that puppy she fell in love with would come back into her life via an amazing surprise on The Meredith Vieira Show.
