Although many children take woodworking (or “shop”) classes in high school, few continue to hone that skill once they’ve graduated. Knowing how to hammer in a nail is handy, but it’s not something most adults do on a day-to-day basis.

Apparently, bending and manipulating wood is easy…so long as you have patience, strength, and something to help you soften the fibers.
