Such is the story of Jake and Taylor.
Jake Chapman was having little luck in the love department. One late night, he decided to switch things up. He proceeded to ask multiple exes to provide reviews of him as a boyfriend in order to beef up his profile on Tinder, the popular dating app. He couldn’t possibly have expected what happened next.
Not everyone was exactly…eager to participate in his little experiment.

Ultimately, some reviews were good, some not so good. But, one glowing 4.5 star review from his ex, Taylor, said that “the only thing keeping [her] from trying to be with him is 1,155 miles.”

Just hours after Taylor sent her review, Jake got a text from her saying that she was breaking up with her current boyfriend.
