For me, being completely surrounded by a pride of hungry lions in the dark is a hellish dream that wakes me up at night. (After I binge watch shows on Animal Planet, at least.)
Recently released footage from inside the Londolzi Game Reserve will give you chills, even if you don’t think about the circle of life very often. A small porcupine was surrounded by a crowd of hungry lions. The big cats meant business, but luckily, the plucky porcupine had a few tricks up his sleeve:
