This Has To Be One Of The Nerdiest Bachelor Pads Of All Time.

Are you a single nerd looking for a modest dwelling that is also a massive monument to your geekdom? Well, if you’re interested in living in Sweden and are a fan of the Alien vs. Predator series, this might be the place for you. It costs 2,375,000 Swedish Krona (roughly $320,350), which isn’t a bad price for what is essentially a Batcave for nerds. The house looks normal, if not boring, from the outside, but it takes on a slew of much more desirable traits once you enter it.

It definitely doesn’t look like much from the outside.

Sure, an alien head mounted on the wall is weird, but that’s not so bad.

Okay, three. That is a lot.

Alright, alright. This is pretty nerdy. But nerdiest house in the world? Far from it.

What’s behind the door? Some kind of video game room?

Wow.

Okay, yeah, this is pretty nerdy.

I don’t remember there being a disco ball in Alien vs. Predator, but I’m definitely not complaining.

This is incredible.

Fine, I’ll give it to you. This house is pretty dang nerdy. That’s for sure.

Take a look at the realtor’s website. You might not want to buy it, but that doesn’t mean you can’t take notes for turning your boring old apartment into a palace of sci-fi memorabilia. And if you find a nerdier house on the market, you’re probably looking at a listing for an arcade.
