This shocking dashboard footage from Russia shows the moment a man in a stolen car crashed into another driver at an intersection, all while being chased by police.
Instead of giving up right there, the man immediately jumped out of the stolen car and made a run for it down the street. This was a literal “hit and run” in every sense.

Luckily, no one was injured in the collision, and the criminal didn’t make it far. He was caught a bit down the street.
For those wondering why he was in the passenger seat, he wasn’t. This happened in the city of Ussuriysk, on the far Eastern side of Russia. Even though Russia is a right-side driving country, there are a lot of imported Japanese cars with the steering wheel on the right in this part of Russia.
