Getting your adrenaline rush on can be the ultimate game of chicken. You face down your fears, feeling amazing each time, but need a bigger challenge next time to get the feeling back. It’s only a matter of time before you stare death right in the face, and have to decide whether enough is enough.
…But we’re guessing you’re not there just yet. If so, check out this amazing place in the world, made for people exactly like you.
At Australia’s Crocosaurus Cove in Darwin City, visitors can come to see its vast collection of live crocodiles.
Seeing them fed, you truly get a sense of how dangerous they are in the wild.
And maybe start to get the familiar itch. The one you need scratch. That need for an adrenaline rush.
So what does the Park offer to satisfy you’re craving? Why a 20 minute swim with the crocs of course!
The 20 minute experience lowers visitors into the tank with one of their 16 foot long crocodiles, Chopper.
By wearing only goggles, a bathing suit, and your nerve, you’ll watch Chopper thrash around in the water as it feeds on a mix of chicken, buffalo, chicken and fish.
A spokesman for Crocosaurus Cove said: “People have a mix of fear and excitement when they enter the cage, the fear of not knowing what to expect and the excitement of getting so close to an animal this big.”
And even though Chopper is 86 years old, just seeing him in the water swimming next to you is enough to send chills running down your spine.
