Hope For Paws received a call about a momma pup and her babies that were homeless near downtown Los Angeles. When they arrived on the scene, they found wary, flea-infested dogs. The dogs happily ate food out of the rescuers’ hands, but it was hard for the mom, who was later named Mable, to trust the humans at first. After some time, she realized that they were just there to save her and her babies.
