Kat O’Sullivan has lived many lives as a baker, translator, and even a worker for Mother Teresa. Now this artist can add “owner of the world’s most colorful home” to the ever-growing list. Kat (or “Katwise”) took a plain-looking farmhouse outside Woodstock, New York and not only painted it, but decorated the place with a bevy of crazy colors and decorations. It’s as if Kat took her colorful personality and renovated her house with it (with the help of her “ninja elves,” as she refers to them). The house was named “Calico,” but “The Rainbow House” and “House That Sweaters Built” also seem to be accepted monikers. Take a look at this amazingly colorful house!

Kat Adding Her Colorful Personality To The House

What a house! I wonder if people driving past Calico have to pull over to see if their eyes are playing a trick on them. If you’d like to see more of Kat’s work, check out her website.
