Once you pass this test, you are welcomed to eat all the free meals you want. Unfortunately, you are either born with the talent to pass this test, or you are not. There is no studying involved, and no way to cheat. It all comes down to whether or not you are really, really, ridiculously good looking.

A new “Pay by Face” promotion at a hot pot restaurant in Zhengzhou, Henan, China, offers free meals to people who earn top marks for their looks. Patrons are assessed by a council of employees from a local plastic surgery clinic.

Customers going for the free meals have to scan their face. The image is then sent to a team of “specialists” who judge their mugs based a detailed scoring rubric as the patrons dine. The top five good-looking folk who achieve the highest scores in 30 minutes will be offered a meal for free.
