An unidentified man reportedly pulled a fire alarm in his Pennsylvania apartment building in the early morning. The man’s emergency? He had clogged his toilet with potatoes. These were potatoes that he had put into his toilet for a reason that has yet to be announced. When his apartment building’s management was slow to respond, the man did what anyone who just damaged their plumbing with potatoes would do: he pulled a fire alarm.

*Despite the destruction that the man’s actions caused, clogging one’s toilet with potatoes is not a crime. Unnecessarily pulling a fire alarm is, so it’s not like he got off easy.
